Free Continuing Education for Dental Professionals

We just deployed our first CustomerPulse Survey to a segment of our customer base. Basically, it's a quick survey that measures how Ultradent customers perceive our service. We got some really interesting feedback and hope to come up with strategies that will serve our customers better. One thing that was confirmed for us through this survey is that the dental industry is not isolated from the current economic crisis, though we haven't been hit quite as hard as other arenas.

One way we can help dental professionals right away is to offer free or low-cost continuing education. Many offices don't currently have the budget to travel, take days out of the office, etc. That's why Ultradent is offering our first Webinar (online seminar) on March 6, 2009. It's totally free and dentists/staff can earn 2 CE credits for attending. Dr. Dan Fischer will present economical opportunities for dental offices in a downturned economy. We have run an inexpensive, all-electronic marketing campaign about this event and so far, the response has been outstanding. We have dentists, hygienists, and assistants from all over the U.S. signed up to attend. We invite everyone who is interested to register at http://www.ultradent.com/webinars.

Ultradent also offers free CE for some episodes of our podcast. Visit http://learningcenter.ultradent.com/ to learn more.
